- Clear a small dancing space
- Play the music at normal speed
- Call 'slow motion' and everyone dances in slow-mo until it's cancelled

- Can you dance as slow as possible?
- Can you walk in slow motion like an astronaut?
- Who can hold slow motion the longest without speeding up?
Ways to change it up
- Add a 'fast forward' call for the opposite challenge
- Let the child be the one calling the changes
